The house is located in Nantes, relatively close to the center town, and close to some main axis to circulate easily.
You will find a sunny linving room which is contiguous with the kitchen. From there through a large bay window you can access in a large unoverlooked garden 500m² with trees. It alternates areas of sun and areas of shade so that its never too hot. BBQ and tables to eat outside.
One twin bedroom at the groundfloor. At first floor, 4 bedrooms, 2 with twin beds. Shower room and separate toilets.
