20 years ago, we have exchanged with italian, belgium and nederthlands. It was four amazing experiences, and we want now to do it again !
Located in Compiègne, 80 kms north of Paris, this house is our main residence. Built in the 30's, but recently renovated, our house offers all the facilities to spend a beautiful stay in our nice region. Paris is accessible by train in one hour. Riding or walking access to Compiègne forest, with its notable sites of WW 1 and 2. Easy access to highway to visit north of France or Belgium. 45 minutes from Roissy CDG airport. And the city of Compiègne is very pleasant with its Imperial Palace.
On the ground floor : a living and dining room with fully equipped modern kitchen, and a toilet.
Upstairs : one bedroom for two, one bathroom with italian shower and toilet and one office room with a bed for one personn.
Downstairs : two little basement bedroom for one personn each, an utility room and a cellar.
And in the garden, we have a small 30m2 house, with a double bed, a bathroom, a small kitchen and a baby foot.
In the garden also, you can stay in the terrace, play tennis table, use the BbQ.
