Our house (1290 ft2 /120 m2) is a neo-normandy style house with a garden, in the center of Caen with a large living room and an open kitchen, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (One with a shower and the other one with a bathtub), 3 toilets, a laundry.
Our house is on third floors. On the first floor, you come in an entrance and find a large living-dining room with a well furnished library and a large collection of jazz and classic music, a well equiped open kitchen. On the garden floor, there is a large bedroom with a private bathroom. On the second floor, there is 3 bedrooms (One with a double bed, 2 children's rooms with single bed and a nice collection of children's toys (Playmobils, lego and board games...) and a second bathroom. One of the room is opening on a large balcony where you can find deck chairs. The house is surronded by a flowering well exposed garden closed by wall. You can find a table with chairs where you can eat, a barbecue, lounges chairs, a basketball hoop and children's play.
