Large 4 bedroom 19th century farmhouse with lots of interesting history, unique features and an incredible warm light feeling to live in. The House is situated at the crossroad of main spots in Auvergne Rhône Alpes ( 10 min from the motorway, 30 min drive from Aix les Bains, lac de Paladru, Cremieu 1hour drive from Annecy, Lyon (world heritage of UNESCO,Grenoble and the Alps). Closer, you'll find our little medieval town of Morestel (6km) where you'll find supermarkets and all you need , "les châteaux du Dauphiné" and lots of authentic good restaurants . The house is a much loved, project which we have spent 3 years renovating. The house has lots of space, and plenty of garden to explore. It has a private secured pool (4x9,5 m) which is our pleasure on warm summer days.
