Bright and comfortable 2-room apartment on the 2nd floor, with 60s furniture (66 m2). The apartment is part of the Noord prison complex that was renovated in 2020 into 100 homes and a public park. The view from both rooms and the balcony is of the characteristic prison complex that dates back to 1870.

The apartment is located in the district "Het Oude Noorden", in a quiet and safe area with shops, pubs and restaurants within walking distance. The apartment is 15 minutes walking distance from the center of Rotterdam. The city center has all kinds of shops, restaurants, pubs, cinema, theater, music hall and museums. Public transport is within walking distance from the apartment (tram 3 minutes and metro and train 15 minutes). Schiphol Airport, Beach, Amsterdam, Delft, The Hague, Leiden, Haarlem, Utrecht and Antwerp all within 1 hour or less by car or train.
