We are experienced homelinkers and we love to share our area with other people, helping them to enjoy the 'kiwi way'!
Our home is at the Southern end of Lake Taupo - in the middle of the North Island.
We enjoy magnificent views over our farm land, Lake Taupo, and the Kaimanawa Ranges.
You can experience 'village life' of Omori and Kuratau with a local store, vine yard and cafe.
There is wonderful walks along the Lake edge through native bush from Kuratau to Pukawa.
It is safe boating and swimming, with several beaches to choose from. The use of fishing gear and canoes.
Visit near by Tongariro National Park - wonderful hiking in the summer and snow activities in the winter, and lots more.

Use of a second home. A comfortable cottage on our large sheep and beef farm. It is just one hours driving from our Lake home.

Ympäristön kuvailu
Omori and Kuratau are small villages on the shores of Lake Taupo. These two villages are enjoyed mainly by holiday makers both in the winter and summer. There is a small group of permanent residents like ourselves living here. It can be busy over the holiday periods - Christmas and New Year, but generally the villages are quiet and relaxed. Turangi, a larger town with, Information Centre, supermarket, medical clinic and shopping centre is 20 minutes driving.
