MEMBERS SINCE 2011
Our home is located on a level section on Bluff Hill, Napier, three minutes from the town centre and we have magnificent views of Hawke Bay to the north and the Kaweka Ranges to the west. The living area, comprising a modern kitchen/sitting room, dining area and lounge, together with the master bedroom are all on the upper level and open onto the north facing deck. The guest bedroom and bathroom are also on the upper level. A TV room/lounge, bathroom and laundry are on the lower level. The TV room/lounge opens onto the lower deck and the outdoor dining and barbeque area is situated at the end of the deck. There is internal access to the double garage.

There is central heating through the house and a heat pump in the living area, plus a gas fireplace in the lounge. There are two TV's with Sky satellite, DVD and an excellent sound system throughout the living area.

From our home it is only a three minute drive to the town centre and shopping. We are blessed with very nice cafes and restaurants in the city and Port Ahuriri area, only minutes away by car. Walking to these areas only takes 15 to 20 minutes. The city is world renowned for its Art Deco buildings and the beautiful Marine Parade.
