Beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom home, recently redecorated with all new furnishings. It is in the heart of Ajijic which has the best weather in the world all year round. Many excellent restaurants and much to see and do with good public transportation. My house has a view of the mountains and the lake, and is bright, sunny and open. Every day, the sun shines with temps of 24-30, while sleeping at night is more like 8-14. Gardens surround the house that is within a gated community with a common area, large pool, tennis courts and Library.

Our neighbourhood is friendly and quiet. It is mostly Canadians and American who live here, and some Mexicans. There is a gym on site, and many things are within walking distance or walk to a bus that takes you into the nearby towns along Lake Chapala. We are one hour from Guadelejara which has a population of 7,000,000. There is a clinic here and the healthcare is excellent and not expensive. Restaurants galore! A great deal of entertainment, and a large popular spa, about 6 miles and a bis ride away.

No smoking and no pets. I have a gardener and cleaning lady on a weekly basis. You would pay for the cleaning and the gas. I would pay for all other services. There are fans throughout the house and the provide enough air conditioning as this region is not humid.
