We love our renovated flat which is directly across from beautiful High Park (400 acres) with tennis courts, swimming pool, trails and even live theatre in the summer. Our little balcony is perfect for morning coffee. We are on the second floor (walk up) of a century old building. We renovated our kitchen and bathroom while maintaining all the original charm including hardwood floors, wood trim, and french doors. There is a main bedroom and the second bedroom/office has a pull out sofa. This area is highly sought after with its many trendy shops, bakeries, cafes and groceries steps away. There is even a 24 hour market just 2 blocks away.

We are also 3 minutes by foot to High Park subway (and buses). We are also close to highways including Lakeshore/Gardiner/QEW. With regard to parking, street parking is available, and depending on the time, on-site overnight parking may also be available. 15 minutes by subway and you can be downtown visiting some of the many attractions.
