We expect our home to be treated with respect and left in the same fashion it was found in. We are child friendly as we have 17 grandchildren, but we are careful with our home. Some furniture is really not for children but the family room has a large leather sectional which is very comfortable for children. Non smoking and kindness to the wonderful cat who keeps the mice out of the house. Although we are a large property we are quiet for the neighbours around 11pm. We have a septic system which means we are careful of the amount of water used in the bathrooms and the kitchen. We have never had an issue, but it is wise to keep it in mind. We do have a full team of people who know our house well and are prepared to come by quickly to resolve any issues which may arise.
We do have a gardener who maintains the yard and lawn area weekly. Also once a week cleaners are available and advised as the house is so large. ( 350$) per week, which is not mandatory weekly. Every second week the home will need a clean. End of stay clean is expected as then the house is left as you found it.
