Our house is situated in Masi di Sotto, one of the localities of Lavarone (TN, Italia). A mountain village 1200 m above sea level. Lavarone is an ideal place for holidays in summer and winter. Those who love sports can find places to do all sorts of activities. If you are also interested in culture there are numerous small cities in the area of Lavarone which are rich in history offering a worthwhile distraction to the mountain life. As well, the cities of Venezia, Verona, Vicenza, Trento are not far and it is easy to do a day trip to them.

Our mountain house is for us a second home. The apartment , on the second and third floors, is in a typical traditional Trentino building, with beamed ceilings in all rooms.
The apartment has two bedrooms, two bathrooms (one small and the other bigger with shower), living room/dining room and kitchen corner.

Being a musicians’ house, we also have a piano in the living room.

In the house there is everything one needs: fridge, pellet stove, washing machine, dishwasher, vacuum cleaner, hair dryer. If they can be of use, we also give the possibility to use our bicycles, skis and helmets.

We will leave and wish to find the house nicely, tidy and clean.

The territory of Lavarone includes 19 localities: Chiesa, Cappella, Gionghi, Bertoldi, Masi di Sotto, Oseli, Rocchetti…a characteristic of these places is that they all have an ancient drinking fountain, there are historical houses, green fields to connect/separate the small villages. It is possible to start short and long walks in the nature from each locality.
Lavarone is also known its lake (where Sigmund Freund would spend his summers), very clean and where you can swim, play with children and rent small boats to cycle on the lake. In the winter it becomes an ice skating rink.
There are tons of walking possibilities, hiking (Becco di Filadonna) and cross-country skiing trails (Malga Millegrobbe), downhill-skiing pistes and bicycle routes like the 100km route passing the fortresses from the 1st world war. If you have children, there is the Parco Palù at 15 min. Walking, which reserve lots of possibilities for playing games (volley ball, skate boards) and relax with you family in a space where your children can be safe.
Previously Lavarone was under the austrian-ungarian rule and it conserves numerous and important artifacts of the 1st world war: Forte Belvedere Gschwent, Forte Campo Luserna, Forte Verle, Forte Vezzena, osservatorio militare.
