Amazing penthouse with roof terrace, 2 bedrooms (one double +one single) large living room, relaxing room with hammock, fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms and wardrobe room, WiFi, A/C, Smart TV, wash & dry,
There is also the possibility to use a MUJI Japanese Bed, if you are looking for a 4th bed.
On the roof there is an amazing roof terrace with relaxing area, dining area and BBQ.
The house has been covered in several design magazines and we have tried out best to give a unique but cosy sent to it.
it's located in a small condominium in the very hearth if the city, in most dynamic area with lots of restaurants and small shops.

The house is in the lovely area of Livorno called BORGO DEI CAPPUCCINI, that is in an ideal position close to the city center but walking distance to the promenade of the Town.
The area the the Hub for restaurants, pubs and is walking distance both to the shopping area / food market and to the promenade.
The house is also on the direct Bus line to the Train station and to the promeande , so if you wish to discover Pisa or Firenze by train (strongly suggested) or have a stroll to the southern part of the city, you are not needing the car at all.
Just one minute from us there is a very safe & convenient underground parking.
Livorno is a emerging tourist destination thanks both to its authentic sent, the sea and an ideal position to discover the beautiful region of Tuscany both by car (Lucca is 30 minutes far, San Gimignano & Volterra 50 minurtes , Siena 1:30 H) and by train ( Pisa is 20 minutes far, Firenze 1h) and being on the sea you can enjoy a favourable Weather during the winter and the amazing sea of Tuscany during the spring/ summer time, with quality services like fish restaurants, local delicatessen, wine and pastry at a more reasonable prices compared to the other cities of Tuscany.
Livorno is very easly reachable thanks to the Pisa International Airport that is 20 minutes far.

The house is in the most interesting area of the city, Borgo dei Cappuccini and Piazza Mazzini, right in the middle between the city center and the beautiful promenade, both easily reachable by foot.
The famous food market is 10 minutes walking, the promenade starts right at the house, the shopping area is 5 minutes walking.
There is a very safe and convenient covered parking 2 minutes from the house and the bus stop direct to the station and the southern sea part of the city is 50 metres.

We are polite and tidy persons so we hope our guests can show the same respect to our house .
We are not asking our guests to clean the house before leaving but to keep it in a good shape and leave 20 euros to arrange the cleaning service before checking out.
For rest, all the house is for you!
