It´s also a perfect start for trips by train to Paris (Lyon / Paris: 2 h TGV), to Marseille (Lyon / Marseille: 1h 40 TGV), to Montpellier (Lyon / Montpellier: 1h 40 TGV)

The house is located in a small village (Maubec) near Bourgoin station (5 minutes). Lyon is 30 minutes by train
Lyon is a beautiful city which offers a lot of possibilities: fashion, museums, gallo-roman monuments, many great restaurants, lovely shops, cafes and markets, a Zoo, beautiful cathedrals, boat trips at the river…
30 Km far from Walibi amusement park.

Our house has got a big garden that is safe enough to let kids play outside. It is a fenced garden.
We have a very spacious house which could greet till than 10 persons ! More if you bring additional bed
It has four bedrooms, two bathrooms and two separate toilets. We have also living room with fire place and we lend a computer with video projector.
There is also a sports hall.

You can use washer and dryer.
The garden is sunny with a large terrace and a pergola. Then, the terrace can be covered for sunny breakfast or nice evening.
Car exchange is also possible.
It is possible for us to lend you a Volkswagen New Beetle, convertible (4 seats).
We bring our own car and we don’t need yours.

There is also for you a private heated swimming pool (8m*4m).
Our neighbourhood is very quiet, the neighbours are friendly and helpful.
