We offer our recently updated single level three bedroom home as well as a newly built guest house at the back of our property. The guest house can be used to travel with friends while maintaining some privacy. Our home is just a short walk to the beach, located in Qualicum Beach, a gorgeous beach side community. We're located on the east coast of Vancouver Island where it seldom gets too hot in summer or too cold during winter. Being in the weather shadow of Mt. Arrowsmith we're also the driest area in the country; believe it or not we receive less annual rainfall than either Palm Beach or Puerto Vallarta and far less than all other areas of Vancouver Island.
Situated mid-island makes us a terrific jumping off point to other areas of Vancouver Island or the magnificent Gulf Islands, one of British Columbia's real jewels. Easy access to Tofino, Ucluelet, Northern Vancouver Island and even to Victoria and the Gulf Islands.
