Our cozy house is situated in a quiet green area in walking distance of the city center of Lokeren in a death end street.

On the ground floor of our house, you can find our living room with garden view, open kitchen, dining room, garage with washing machine, dryer & 2 freezers, seperate toilet and playroom for the children. The house is furnished with all modern conveniences like a fully equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, Smart TV, DVD player, …
On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms (1 master and 2 with single beds), a bathroom with shower, bathtub and 2nd toilet. There is also a little workspace with desk.

Outside there is a relaxing garden (750 square meter) with a pond and a southly orientated terrace which can be roofed over by a pent and a second terrace with lounge seats. The garden had a silent area and a play area for the kids where they can play football, do some exercise on the trampoline or have a swim in the summer. An ideal place for a family barbecue!

In the front of our house there is another sitting area with street view when you want to connect with our friendly neighbours and who always are prepared to help or advice anyway you want. You can park savely on the driving area in front of the house.
