Our calm and family friendly apartment is the perfect summer location since it is cool and has a green view in the backyard. It is located in the first floor and has bamboo in front of the window. We are very central, in 15-20 minutes walk or 5 minutes by tram you can reach the famous Ringstraße and the inner district. There are many restaurants and supermarkets around, as well as some playgrounds. Our apartment is about 95 m2 and has a big living room, 2 children’s rooms and a small bedroom with enough space for 2adults and a child to sleep (bed size is 2x2 m). The children’s rooms are well equipped with toys (our son is 5 and our daughter 9 years) and each room has a bunk bed (bed size is 1,4x2 m). The two bunk beds are connected through an open space in between the beds. Kitchen and bathroom are small but well equipped and with a bathtub. Toilet is in a separate room.
