We are a family of five with Dad being a researcher who specializes in eating behaviour and meta-analysis. Mom is a yoga teacher, ultra-marathon runner, and full time mother. Kids range from 9 to 16 and travel with us.

Our home is completely renovated with the latest of everything in the kitchens and bathrooms. The kitchen is equipped with a modern 5 burner stove and double oven. All cupboards and drawers are soft-closing and are in perfect condition.
The house has four bedrooms (see floor plan) and an outdoor, solar heated pool. The gardens and pool are maintained by a gardener and pool service monthly.
Our home is quiet, secluded, private, and very peaceful. And yet it's within reach of everything that Melbourne has to offer.

Our house is in a very quiet spot located very close to the Bellbird Dell sanctuary, a great place for morning walks. It's close to shops for groceries (or anything else) and a tram directly into the city is only a fifteen minute walk.
Our neighbours are all very friendly and helpful. Our house is currently occupied by a housesitter who will help you get settled in and show you how things work before leaving you to enjoy it in peace. She will move out before you arrive.

Bellbird Dell is a wonderful local park that is right on our doorstep. If the city is more to your liking, the tram into the city is just 15 minutes walk from our house. Melbourne has many beaches that are within easy driving distance to the south. The Dandenong Ranges Park is a short drive to the East. North east is the Yarra Valley wine region (best enjoyed if you organise a tour or have a designated driver). Two hours drive to the west is the Great Ocean Road, one of the most famous roads in Australia.

We will maintain your house in pristine condition and expect the same from you. Our pool and garden are maintained monthly by our local pool shop and a gardener respectively. Our house is strictly non-smoking.
