. Absolute north-facing beachfront apartment in highly sought area with extensive and uninterrupted coastal views from apartment and its large private deck. . External steps to apartment (see photo of building) but readily traversed by those with reasonable mobility. We are in our 70s and use the steps daily! Though the garage is at the bottom there is a drop-off point at the top of the units to drop off cases etc.
Our second bedroom has a good quality Kings sleeper-sofa.

Two sets of golf gear, bikes and fishing kayaks available- Squid and crabs usually accessible by kayaks in season.
6 min walk to Railway Station for 30 min trip to Adelaide City
Less than 10 minute walk to Hotel, Surf Club and Yacht Club who all serve meals.
February and March are the key months for Art and Fringe Festivals, the Adelaide 500 car race and numerous winery festivals.
