The Coffs Coast is ideally located around half way between Sydney and Brisbane and has a population of around 70,000. We are fortunate to live in such a beautiful part of Australia nestled between the Great Dividing Range to the west and beautiful unspoiled beaches of the Pacific Ocean.

We live close to beaches with access to lovely coastal walks, and only a short drive to cafes, restaurants, cinemas and shops. Nearby Diggers Beach also has a surf school should you wish to learn or to improve your surfing skills.

Our villa is situated on a ridge overlooking the Pacific Ocean and is on the edge of the Pacific Bay Resort which is a short walk away for a relaxing drink or meal. Our villa complex has two beautiful swimming pools (one is 40 metres from our front door) and golf is available at Pacific Bay. Coffs Harbour is also home to the award-winning Bonville Golf Resort consistently voted as one of Australia's most beautiful golf courses.

We are walking distance from the Solitary Islands Aquarium, part of the National Marine Science Centre, where you can learn about the wonderful marine life of the Coffs Coast. Offshore is the Solitary Islands Marine Park, a wonderful 71,000-hectare marine sanctuary, popular with divers.

Our neighbourhood is quiet and private and we have friendly neighbours who will be able to assist if you need help.
