53 sqm apartment in Neukölln, one of the most lively neighbourhoods in the south of Berlin, 10min walk from the wonderful Tempelhoferfeld (old airport turned parked) and with plenty of cafés, bars and restaurants around. It's on the fourth floor of a classic Berlin-Altbau ("old building") with plenty of daylight to enjoy in the balcony. The apartment has a "Hochbett" (literally a "high" bed built in) and a sofa bed, so up to 4 people can sleep here. The kitchen is fully equipped.

Our neighbourhood is very lively but our specific street is quiet and perfect for long nights of rest. Neukölln is known for its bar culture, and all of them are within walking distance, with a few ones just down our street (but not right below us :)). If you want to move to different areas of Berlin- we are super well-communicated with the U8 (taking you through Kreuzberg all the way to Mitte) or the Ringbahn (taking you literally all around Berlin). Tempelhofer Feld is also only 10 minutes away, perfect to enjoy a sunny Sunday or to stroll around at sunset time- there's few places like this in Europe.

From our house is a short walk to any sort of place you might be looking for - bakeries, cafés, restaurants or bars.
You have Tempelhofer Feld within 10 min walk, Körnerpark within 5 minute walk, and Kranoldplatz and its Saturday market within 5 minute walk as well.

Due to space we can't host children in the apartment. Pets could be welcomed if they are respectful of the furniture. It's not a home nor a building for parties.
We are looking for a long-term exchange if possible. But after March 2023 we're open for short term exchanges as well.
