  The fantastic penthouse unit provides easy access to Sunshine Coast airport (10 mins), both Mount Coolum and Peregian Golf courses, Mt Coolum, and Brisbane. Very easy access to the beach and also the coastal walk to Coolum Beach. For a casual dining experience recommend Curlys restaurant at the Boardwalk. The very well appointed penthouse has a spacious layout with numerous balconies, a elevator access, soaker tub and the ability to open spaces with the large folding doors.
