  Sergio & Adriana were excellent exchange partners. They arranged for their son, Andrea, to meet us at the home. He showed us around, and afterward was available by text to answer questions. The home was left with all new, unopened cleaning and bath products. A generous welcome gift of food, wine, local t-shirts and a calendar was very kind. We had not realized that there is not WIFI in the home. Sergio & Adriana arranged for us to visit a local hotel and use the WIFI there. From their home, it is a short walk to the beach, restaurants, and gelaterias. We also visited Rome, Lago di Bracciano and Antiqua Montera from this base.

  We really liked it in Santa Seña. The house is located near the beach. We were quick in Rome by rental car. It is better, however, to take the train. There are not many parking spaces at the metro. We had a nice contact with Sergio and his wife. Her son gave us the keys. Everything was perfect.

  Ferienwohnung 5 Miunten vom Strand. Im Garten der Ferienwohnung sind Sonne und Schatten stets zu finden. Einrichtung der Wohnung teilweise einfach gehalten. Gute Anbindung per Bahn nach Rom. Versorgung im Ort gut möglich. Schöne Sonnenuntergänge am Strand. Vielen Dank für den "Sommertausch" an Adriana und Sergio.

• A Great Exchange

  We had a wonderful exchange with Adriana and Sergio in their second home in Santa Severa. They gave us a warm welcome with a basket filled with local products. Their house is well located in the small village, close to the sea and we enjoyed the strolls along the beautiful boulevard. The train station is at the end of the village and the local train takes you within one hour to the centre of Rome. It was a perfect combination to have a home at the lovely seaside and to visit Rome. In the region the countryside around Lago di Bracciano is very beautiful. The communication with Adriana and Sergio was very friendly and warm and they informed us very well.
