• Großstadtfeeling pur!

  Unser Aufenthalt in Berlin bei Familie Lichtenstein war einfach toll! Eine so schöne Wohnung und das mitten in der City - was will man mehr?! Die Spree war direkt vor unserer Haustür und in nicht mal 10 Minuten waren wir beim Alexanderplatz. Wir haben das volle Hauptstadtprogramm durchlaufen, im wahrsten Sinne des Wortes;) Spreerundfahrt, Besuch der Reichstagskuppel, Flohmarkt und Shoppingmalls etc. Auch ein Spaziergang vom Brandenburger Tor zum "Alex" haben wir unternommen, man sieht so viel Interessantes auf dem Weg! Abends waren wir erschöpft, aber eine Runde Monopoly auf eurem schönen Holzfußboden musste sein! Die Woche verging wie im Fluge! Vielen Dank nochmal für euer Ampelmännchen-Andenken, es ist in ständigem Gebrauch :) Insa, Jochen, Hanna u. Arne Schmidt

• A wonderful apartment

  It is the third time that I go to Berlin. This time in a wonderful apartment. Full of light, very clean and cozy. Close to everything on foot, but the subway and different bus stops are one step away. Also a boat stop, we took a wonderful boat ride. And breakfast and dinner were delightful on that fantastic terrace. Tom's indications and the reception were fantastic. Thank you !!

• Very nice flat in Berlin

  Tom and Antje's flat in Berlin is very modern, confortable and extremely well located. Everything was spotless when we arrived, they left lots of toys out for our children and had the kindness to find an extra bed for the few days during which we had an extra guest. The flat is very close to Alexanderplatz and from several bus and underground lines. An ideal place to stay for a nice visit of Berlin. Thanks again !

• An oases in the heart of Berlin

  We just spend a wonderful week in the heart of Berlin. When we arrived, a warm welcome was waiting for us. Our start couldn't have been better! The appartment itself has lots of space with 2 levels and is amazingly quite. It was an oases for us to relax especially after all the sight-seeing and bussiness of a citty. We would absolutely recommend this exchange!

  The apartment was 2 storeys and better than we had thought it would be. The family are obviously really nice and very neat. We were kindly given a lift to the airport. We found the apartment great, well located and in very good condition, very modern. There was a Bosch exhibition next door and we walked everywhere for the first week...before we realised the underground train station was just around the corner and not at all like the London Tube: half-empty and easy to use. They looked after our house very well - I think it was left cleaner and tidier than we had left it! I have no hesitation in recommending this family and their lovely apartment.

• Tolle Wohnung mitten im Zentrum

  Das Rote Rathaus nebenan, Blick auf die Spree und nur wenige Minuten zum Alexanderplatz - mittiger kann man in Berlin nicht wohnen. Die Wohnung ist hell und groß und modern und trotzdem gemütlich und familiengerecht. Wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt. In Berlin gibt es natürlich unendlich viel zu entdecken und zu sehen, wir waren von morgens bis abends unterwegs. Auch für unsere (jugendlichen) Kinder war das ein tolles Erlebnis!

  Wow, what an AWESOME stay. Berlin is one of our favorite cities in Europe, and this apartment is in the perfect spot to enjoy it. Its location right along the Spree river has great access to the restaurants and museums along the river, and it is just a quick ten minute walk to Alexanderplatz which has everything. The Berlin metro is excellent and goes everywhere, and the local stop is just a few steps away from the building. The old east Berlin is where to be, and this is right in the heart of it. The apartment is new and beautiful and full of light, and is very quiet at night. Tom and Ang stocked the fridge with local German beer for us, and also had other foods and gifts for us when we arrived. Very thoughtful. We were there for just over a week, but could have spent a month there seeing the myriad of historical sights and enjoying the vibrant city. We could not have enjoyed our stay more.
