A bright, garden level one bedroom apartment in an historic building (1892) in cosmopolitan Stockbridge. Quiet street overlooking the river in an area with lots of cafes/restaurants/shops/galleries yet within a 15 minute walk of the centre of the city. The apartment has a double bedroom with glass door to the patio and shared garden (you have access to both) , a shower room and separate toilet, and a large sitting/dining/kitchen. As there are some steps down to enter the apartment I’m afraid it isn't suitable for those with mobility issues.

The Botanical Gardens, Inverleith Park and beautiful Victorian swimming pool (Glenogle Baths) are all within walking distance. Happy to lend golf clubs (and to advise on courses). Paid street parking, but free parking within 20 minutes' walk. A full list of recommended places to eat/drink/shop/visit is included in your welcome pack
