Our house was built over 150 years ago, is fully restaurated with a serre with glass sunroof at the back. It has the feel of a spacious town house with large garden in the center area of the city, with a front view on the river Vecht, bordering the centre of the historic town of Utrecht. We like you to be good neighbours, since our neighbourhood is very calm and peaceful. Yes: we like music, there is a better-than-average sound system in the living room, as well as an old and working, fully restaurated, jukebox dating back to 1956. So enjoy! But no parties, no loud music and respect for our neighbours after 22 hours.
We have two cats, Maxje and Meesje, that roam outside most of the time and need little (but some) attention, like food. We are willing and able to take care of your cats too! If this is a problem we could discuss other solutions. Sorry to say, we rather not deal with dogs ...
There is quite some original art work on the walls, we trust you to enjoy the art, the music and the general feel of light and space in our house.
