Our 120 sqm apartment is part of a beautiful old house and is located in the middle of the most beautiful districts of Berlin and close to Potsdam with its beautiful historic old town and the famous "Park Sanssouci". The house is surrounded by a small, enchanted vegetable and fruit garden, which is at your free disposal, with seating furniture, barbecue etc. The apartment is on the second floor and under the roof. The kitchen is in the winter garden with a small dining area for four people. It offers all modern conveniences. The two rooms on the second floor have a 1.40 m and a 0.90 m wide bed. Opposite is the bathroom with two toilets and a bathtub. We also have a piano (renovated Blüthner grand piano from 1920) on the second floor and the balcony (in front of the kitchen) with citrus trees and a walking rose (these need a little watering in hot periods). It is right next to the kitchen. In the loft-like attic is a double bed (1.40 cm wide) with a shower bath, as well as the cosy living area and the PC, with AmazonPrime Video, Netflix and Web. A few steps over a ladder, directly under the roof is our "Chillroom" (there is also a 90 cm wide bed).
On the first floor of the house lives a very good friend, who is happy to help with any questions. In the basement there is a washing machine and a tumble dryer.
