Semi-detached house in small village at the foot of the Jura mountain. House is 210 m2: tv-room in the basement; ground floor with living-room, kitchen and toilet; 1st floor with 3 bedrooms, master bedroom (25m2) with en suite bathroom (italian shower), 2 small bedrooms (10m2) and bathroom with bath. View over the Lake of Neuchâtel and the Swiss Alps. Grocery, bakery, restaurant and tea-room 5 min away by car (in the village of Champagne). Lausanne and Neuchâtel are 30 min away by car; Bern is 1h away. The closest city is Yverdon-les-Bains which is 10 min away. There are lots of sand beaches on the shore of Lake Neuchâtel. The area is great for hiking, cycling and swimming. The countryside is very peaceful and relaxing. Children here will appreciate the large garden (750m2 with swings) and the various farm animals in the village.
