Our neighbourhood is very friendly. and quiet If you need some help or need to get some advices you can easily ask them. Lake is at less than 500m from the house and golf is at 1 km, easily accessible by feet by a footpath. From the house, you can practice running , bicycle ,go to the lake. You can visit cities like Aix Les Bains (3km), Chambery (10km), Annecy (30km), Geneve (100km), Lyon (100km). At Annecy and Geneve you will enjoy two beautiful lakes. You can also enjoy all moutain activities in the Alps ( Hiking/Moutain bike/Climbing). You can go to famous ski resorts at less than 2 hours from the house (Val Thorens/Tignes/Val d'Isère/Courchevel/Chamonix...). In winter, it's possible to practice cross country skiing at 20min from the house.
