The upper level has a master suite with king sized bed, two additional bedrooms, two bathrooms and laundry closet. On the main level offers a comfortable living space with vaulted ceilings, office, gas fireplace, walkout to deck, backyard and open concept kitchen. Outside you will find a nice sunny deck with private yard, BBQ, trampoline, patio furniture, patio table and a grassy yard for children to run around and play. You can watch the hummingbirds from the dining room while drinking your morning coffee.

Victoria has a wealth of museums, heritage and historic buildings and offers a great deal of cultural and recreational experiences.
