Absolutely no smoking or pets, sorry. This is not a five star resort, this is more an authentic West Coast experience. If you want to get away and connect with nature, or visit the island to explore with kids, this is the place for you. Our house is big and relaxed, but a bit rough around the edges. We have a complex water system and no bath tubs, so only quick-normal length showers. Wood heat only. Stunning views = high up, some drop off areas around the ten acres. We also have a small pond. Working property means we have some heavy equiptment around like excavators and dump trucks. Lots of space for kids to bike and dig in the dirt, sandbox and zipline, and adorable chickens. This is not a party house.
