I'm Laura Mesini, a psycologist.I live in Adria, with my two daughter ( 23 and 18 yo.). We exchange our second house ( the one in the picture): it is a big open space (50mq2) made up of a unique space with entrance, kitchen, living room with a double bed + sofa bed. There’s also a disengagement (serving as a walk-in closet) and a spatious bathroom.
But the best part is yet to come: the house is sorrounded all over by a very big equipped garden (400 mq2 larger) with 2 bbqs, tables and chairs for eating,deckchairs, and a big docker. The house is equipped all over with Wi-Fi.
IN CASE OF A SIMULTANEOUS SWAP WE CAN DISCUSS ABOUT LEAVING YOU ALSO THE 2nd FLOOR OF OUR VILLA (which is next to the second house) WHICH IS 80mq2 LARGE -you can see it in the last photos- : it has a big studio, a living room with a double sofa-bed, a big bedroom with a double bed, and bathroom. We will also offer you our indoor garage with washing machine and dryer. We can also leave you bikes.
I live in a nice and old etruscan town, in the PO Delta Natural Park, near VENICE (60 km),Adriatic sea (20 km) Padua,Ferrara, Verona,Bologna
