Je cherche à échanger mon appartement contre un appartement à Berlin pour 2021 (Neukolln, Kreuzberg, Tempelhof...). Merci de ne répondre que si vous avez un bien à louer à Berlin.

The apartment is really nice and cosy (stone walls, marble fireplace...). It is a 35 m2 (2 br) located right next to the canal de l'Ourcq (basically 3 mn walking from it) in the 19eme arrondissement (Crimée is the subway station). It is fully furnished, on a 1st floor, with very quiet neighbors. There is a double-bed room with a small but cute bathroom, separate restrooms and a equipped kitchen opening on a big living room (with a big convertible couch fitting 2 people to sleep in - super convenient for friends and family). The layout is honestly really well done because the whole place had been entirely restored : it definitely feels like a bigger space. Also, there is a basement you can have access to (this is where I keep my fan or other bulky stuff). The rent all included is 1000€/month (very correct price for Paris).
