We are interested in both simultaneous and non-simultaneous exchanges. We will consider any location around the world. Our 3 bedroom townhouse sleeps 8 and is available for use during the spring, summer and fall months. It is sometimes available during the winter months.

From our townhouse you can easily walk to Frisco's Main Street, which is lined with restaurants, bars, shops, bike rentals and historic buildings. You can also walk to several hiking trails in the National Forest. You can bike on paved paths that will take you to Breckenridge (9 miles south), Dillon (6 miles east), and Copper Mountain (6 miles west). Kayak rentals are available at the Frisco Bay Marina on the east end of Main Street. Frisco is truly the heart of Colorado's summer playground. The Summit Stage, a free bus service, will take you from Main Street to Breckenridge and Copper Mountain. The Rocky Mountain views are spectacular!

Winter is also wonderful in Summit County. Activities include downhill and cross-county skiing, ice skating, snow shoeing and fat-tire mountain biking. The townhouse is very close to several world-class ski resorts, including Keystone, Breckenridge and Copper Mountain. Vail and Beaver Creek, are 25 and 35 miles west on I 70.

We completed a very successful exchange with a family from Sydney, Australia, back in 2010. Perhaps this exchange was not recent enough to be picked up by the new Homelink system. We are planning an exchange for a vacation home in Queenstown, New Zealand, in March of 2018.
