Large home with a private pool in the beautiful Kelowna area with wineries, golf and the Okanagan Lake.

Our home is a two level modern 3 bedroom, ( two king size beds and one queen size bed) home with a pool. We are retired and wanting to travel to many new locations. We love our province and would love to exchange in Canada, Europe and Australia or New Zealand.
We live in a family neighbourhood and we are ten minutes to downtown, the airport and shopping. A car is needed in our area as we do not have transportation nearby. Kelowna sit between many lakes, and the largest Okanagan Lake is 10 minutes away. There are many opportunities to do water sports, boating and fishing. Biking is wonderful with very scenic trails along the lakes or high in the mountain on the Myra Canyon Rail trail. Stunning scenery.

Kelowna has so much to offer with over 120 wineries to discover. Many of the wineries and cideries have beautiful restaurants to enjoy. Our valley has many orchards and fresh fruit abound.

If golf is your interest, we have a multitude of beautiful golf courses and we can direct you to ones that might suit your play. In the winter we have several fantastic ski hills that are a short drive away.

The in Kelowna is warm and dry from spring to fall with hot summers and therefore our house has air conditioning. Our winters are cooler with snow and that is why it is an ideal ski location.
