This mid-century brick bungalow was given a 21-Century second story recently, creating multiple spaces with different looks. Downstairs the rooms are an eclectic open concept peppered with antiques; upstairs is modern, with a large library landing, family rec room (ping-pong and a disco ball!), panoramic sitting area, four teen bedrooms, bathroom, and a master suite with office/dressing room/washroom. We designed the addition to be eco-friendly, with green roof areas and solar panels.
We have two patio areas in our yard; the east side patio under a grape arbor is lovely for morning coffee, and west patio has a built-in bench and a gas BBQ for dining outside.
