Our home is a unique and extremely comfortable two story Cape Cod contemporary. Eight foot floor to ceiling windows span the front of the open plan living area with views out to the adjoining woods. The large living room has a sectional sofa and two chairs, a 56" TV and and sound system, and a separate cozy reading area. The dining area is set up for six, but can expand to seat 10 easily. A large deck extends across the front of the house and is adjacent to the master bedroom as well. This space has a king sized bed and en suite with a large walk in shower. Upstairs has a full bath with tub and shower, and two bedrooms, one with a double bed and single day bed, the other with two bunk beds. There's also a lovely second living area with large windows facing the woods and its own private deck. The kitchen is well appointed with a large refrigerator, dishwasher, and a Wolf range. There's also a mudroom and laundry room on the first floor.

While we are located on a busy, main road, we are roughly 150 ft removed via a tree lined driveway, leading to a large clearing surrounded by pine and oak trees, offering privacy and a safe play area for children. Neighbors are within a short walking distance, but none are readily visible from the house.
