LOOKING FOR SUMMER 2024 EXCHANGES

Beautiful Sarasota ...this city is the pairing of a thriving arts and culture scene with world-class beaches. Our home is located minutes from the beaches, downtown, shopping, Ringling Museum, Mayakka State Park, and more attractions. Enjoy the world-famous Siesta Key beach. The beach is rated the best beach in the USA! The sand is like powder and does not get hot, and the water is so blue and beautiful!

Bike Sarasota Legacy trail (four bikes included), kayak or paddle board exotic Lido Key mangrove tunnels, hike & observe birds and alligators at Mayakka State Park or enjoy many more activities! Sarasota offers a welcoming atmosphere for arts of all kinds. Sarasota also has a cute little downtown area with great shops and stores.

When you want to venture out of town, Sarasota is 1 hour from Tampa, and 2.5 hours from Orlando. The closest airport is SRQ (25 min).

Our home is one story. No stairs. No special access. It is a comfortable and clean 4 bedroom (3 bedroom + office) and 2 bathroom with a screened lanai/patio with plenty of outdoor furniture, grill, and private pool. The home has almost 2,000 sq feet of living space and offers open floor layout with living room, dining room, and white kitchen with granite countertops with a variety of gadgets & appliances. The dining room comfortably seats 6 (the table is extendable and extra chairs are included), and includes dining table, 2 console tables, and a small couch. The laundry room is located off the kitchen/dining area and has newer high-efficiency washer and dryer, vacuum, and electric mop. Queen bed in the master bedroom, double bed in the second bedroom, and another double bed in the third bedroom. The fourth bedroom currently functions as office with lots of desk space, double monitors, chaise lounge, and high-speed Internet connection. There is leather sectional and queen sleeper couch in the living room (3" memory foam mattress pad can be added on top of the couch). We have a new mudroom/office combo room in the front of the house. It includes desk, chair, and two chaise lounges. In the garage, there is a second refrigerator, beach chairs, 2 large coolers, 4 bikes: 3 adult and 1 child, and a bike trailer for a child age 4-7.

BONUS: There are no neighborhood restrictions, so you may bring your camper or boat.

A car exchange is possible, too.

The most convenient way to get to our home is to fly to Sarasota (SRQ) airport. For budget-friendly flights, look into Tampa (TPA), Saint Pete/Clearwater (PIE), Punta Gorda (PGD), or Fort Myers (RSW). Orlando (MCO), Miami (MIA) and Fort Lauderdale (FLL) can be budget-friendly for international travel.
