Come to beautiful, sunny, San Diego! I have had 8 successful home exchanges. My home has 2 bedrooms -- one with a queen bed (2 people) and the second bedroom with a double/full bed (2 people). My house has lots of books, art, music, a television, wireless internet (wi-fi), an outdoor barbecue and patio, a front and back yard with fruit trees, a remodeled kitchen with modern appliances, a dining area, a living room and an office, as well as washer and dryer. My home is 10-15 minutes via car to the beaches, downtown/Gaslamp area, Balboa Park museums and zoo, Hillcrest eating and shopping, and more. Within minutes of my home, there are a number of good restaurants, cafes, and grocery shopping.

There is bus service from my house only two blocks away. I can do an auto exchange for you, which is preferable in San Diego, even if I do not need a car in your city.

I have someone who comes in to help with cleaning every two weeks, as part of the exchange.

I do not have a pet, but would not mind caring for someone's cat.
