This is a 3-story townhome with an attic/study in the spectacular Marin County, very close to the Golden Gate Bridge, downtown San Francisco, Muir Woods, Mt. Tamalpais, beautiful wine country, ocean beaches, and endless hiking trails. You can chose from a number of cultural, sightseeing and athletic activities, see spectacular vistas, enjoy great air and good weather almost all year long. This is a perfect getaway for those who wish to spend time pursuing both cultural activities in the city, as well as athletic activities in the country, relaxing and exploring the beaches and tasting California wines.
We are looking for exchange in Europe, Asia, Australia/NZ, Caribbean and Polynesia.

Our neighborhood is super quiet and the home is surrounded by greenery. It is a short walking distance or a few minute drive to most amenities, be it movie theater, gym, supermarket, restaurants, biking and hiking trails. There is a small and very good theater (Marin Theater Company) literally next door. It is about 10 minute drive to the Golden Gate Bridge, and additional 10-15 min. to reach downtown San Francisco. There are a number of beaches in the Marin County, some of them very close, other about 30 min. drive. You can bike or hike from the house. It takes about 40 minutes to reach many places in the wine country. Hiking in the Marin Headlands and Mt. Tamalpais will provide beautiful views of the county , SF Bay and the City.
