We are a retired, active, easy-going couple that loves Manhattan Beach but also enjoy traveling. We carry IKON and Epic passes so would love to spend the winter on the slopes. Looking for couples needing a beach respite. Also looking to spend December/Christmas with mom near/on Marco Island, FL

We love our small, stand-alone home in Manhattan Beach. Our neighborhood is surprisingly quite despite the density of the beach town. The home lies above a 3-car garage which gives us a peak of the ocean. We enjoy the large sand beach, strand, and the close proximity to shopping and dining of Downtown Manhattan Beach and Hermosa Beach. We eMate great use of our deck with Spirit Weber gas grill and sun porch. The well-loved Home has oak wood floors, T&G open-beam ceilings, free standing mid century modern Aztec fireplace, vintage custom kitchen cabinets with yellow hex counter tops, modern appliances, new king bed, washer/dryer, outdoor hot shower and 1 car space in garage can be made available. But no AC- rarely needed.
Walk or bike easily to DT Manhattan Beach or Hermosa Beach. Visit Vons, trendy restaurants/bars, and boutiques in both towns or visit our local Boccato’s market just 4 blocks away – as well as Brother’s Burritos & Bowls, dry cleaners, Pilates, hair salon, unlimited fitness, liquor, and La Penita.
Nearby Green Belt, bike path, volleyball nets, pickle ball, golf courses, parks, and bike, kayak & boat rentals. Quaint and safe beach town. Award-winning restaurants that are just a short walk away.
Close to Redondo Beach, Palos Verdes, boat to Catalina Island, El Segundo, Playa del Rey, Silicon Beach, Westchester, LAX, 405, 105.

Manhattan Beach is known as "The Pearl of L.A.'s South Bay" and was immortalized in the Beach Boys classic, "Surfin' U.S.A.
A cute beach town that has all you would want and need walking around downtown to have breakfast, lunch, dinner, shopping, dessert, walk along the strand, pier, aquarium at the end of the pier, watch sunrise/sunset, dolphin/seal lion watch from the pier, bike path. MB is a mix of new and old homes; it is an incredibly safe environment with low crime rates and many residents are life-long residents of the area.
We are 3 miles south of Los Angeles International Airport with a City Area of 3.88 square miles.
We have 2.1 miles of beachfront and 40 acres of recreational beach area in total. Manhattan Beach has a scenic 928-foot-long pier at the end of Manhattan Beach Boulevard. Fishing is permitted all year. There are 48 acres of major park land in Manhattan Beach, in addition to the 21 acre Manhattan Beach Parkway. We lie 120 feet above sea level.
Our weather is lovely with an average annual rainfall of 12.07 inches; temperature ranges from 70º F in summer to 55º F in winter- perfect for year around exercise.
