This is a very unusual house, waterfront on a lake shared by 1040 families. The house comes with kayaks, a swim ladder into the lake, a barbeque down by the lake, and a wood burning pizza oven. The community provides several beaches with lifeguards during the summer and the area is a delight year round.

We are open to all destinations, simulaneous and nonsimultaneous.

The time our home is available to you is flexible. This is a wonderful and a very friendly community deep inside the beltway. The peaceful lake centered community is tucked between close in Arlington and Falls Church. It is well known to DC natives but generally missed by those passing through. Just a few blocks from the neighborhood oasis are a multitude of restaurants and groceries.

Lovely hideaway - Lake Barcroft is a unique neighborhood in close in Northern Virginia, only 15-20 minutes across the Potomac by car (Route 50 goes straight into town) The East Falls Church station is 10 minutes away, with a direct direct line east to DC with a stop at the Smithsonian) making surprisingly easy access to the museums and activities of Washington. This is a particularly nice place to stay when visiting DC in the summer as a long day of touring can be topped off by a cool swim in the lake. There is a surprising variety of restaurants and grocery stores in nearby Falls Church, Bailey's Crossroads, Annandale and Arlington. You name the type of cuisine and it is likely to be a short drive away.
