Our large three-bedroom, 3,000 square foot colonial, is nestled in a quaint neighborhood in the wooded suburbs of a small town. On the top floor we have a master suite with a king bed and a newly remodeled master bath with a giant rain shower. There is a second large bedroom with a queen size bed. There is a kids bedroom with a single bed, can pull out and make a queen. There is also a large office with a queen size bed and a second full bathroom upstairs. On the main floor there is a large entry way with two coat closets, a large living room with a new large flat screen smart T.V. and an attached exercise room, a large kitchen with granite countertops and an island which includes new stainless appliances, a half bath and laundry room, a dining room, and a den (second living room with flat screen and a blue ray DVD player) off the kitchen. We have a screened in back porch with a table and comfortable lounge furniture which is great to relax and enjoy a grilled meal. We also have an exercise room that includes an elliptical machine, an exercise bike, an exercise ball, light free weights and 2 yoga mats. There is also a newly refinished basement and a two-car garage. Central heat and air conditioning. Small fenced in back yard with grill, hammock, trampoline, kids swing set and a large open front yard. We have a large tent, air mattress, sleeping bags, and a variety of other camping gear for you to use. A all wheel drive Subaru station wagon car is included. About 45 min to 1 hr. from the heart of Boston and 20 minutes to the Natick shopping center.
