We are a couple from Encinitas (No. San Diego, CA) who love to travel and discover other parts of the world. We hope you reach out if you are thinking about visiting beautiful coast of So. California. Our home has a spectacular ocean views. Incredible panoramic ocean views throughout our home. Comfortable living inside and out with sit down views of trees and ocean, paradise with few rooftops or houses in your view.
One of our greatest daily pleasures is dining on the deck, enjoying the views with outdoor speakers setting the mood, and 2 outdoor waterfalls flowing.
We love watching the ever-changing spectacular sunsets while sitting in the jacuzzi, or enjoying a glass of wine outside sitting by the firepit, or relaxing in the living room by the fireplace.
Southern California only has two seasons . . . Summer and Kind of Summer! Our home in Encinitas, California, still has a village feel, but is close to major attractions such as the Gas Lamp District in downtown San Diego, the San Diego Zoo, Balboa Park and the Cabrillo monument as well as dozens of hiking trails. A historic train station is located in the Carlsbad town center with easy access to world famous attractions such as Del Mar and La Jolla, Laguna Beach, Coronado beach and hotel, Old Town and downtown San Diego. We are nestled on a bluff over looking the ocean where the ocean breeze keeps the temperature in the 70 degree range much of the year. Both spring and fall offer ideal travel opportunities. A beach picnic "kit" of chairs, umbrella and table await your use. Lovely Carlsbad beach is less than 1 mile

Our neighborhood is located on a bluff on the northern edge of San Diego County, California. We are 1 mile from Carlsbad Beach. Our home is in a quiet, well maintained area with friendly, helpful neighbors. In the immediate area are lovely fresh produce and flower markets, a shopping mall and every amenity you might need or want. Yet Downtown Encinitas and Carlsbad are still early California, with a village feel. There are fabulous restaurants along the beaches to enjoy.
Tennis courts are only 100 yards away. Community pool is 150 yards away.

There are so many activities, cultural events and destinations that we can easily help you customize your visit according to your specific tastes/interests. For example, Carlsbad is a golf center with many lovely courses to choose from. Tennis courts are only 100 yards away. Community pool is 150 yards away.
