Travel and Leisure Magazine just named Anna Maria Island "one of the top 50 Best Places to Travel in 2024." Please take a little time and read about our home and our wonderful little island. A small barrier island in the Gulf of Mexico, just across the bridge from Bradenton/Sarasota, Florida.

In addition to our palm trees and beautiful gardens we have an outside, screened lanai which faces our private swimming pool and our view of picturesque Bimini Bay. Large private deck with sitting area. Computer w/ cable internet access, WI-FI, flat screen LCD televisions with cable service, outside gas grill included. Weekly pool and lawn service provided. Six individual bicycles available for your use. Fish (catch & release w/o license) off our dock.

We are open to both domestic and international exchanges. We are not interested in visiting cold weather sites during winter. We do offer non simultaneous exchanges where you can visit our island in the winter months & we could visit your home in summer. Generally we prefer large cities for our visits. We prefer 2 weeks or more for international exchanges. We have completed 55 exchanges since 2005, including 12 in Europe.
