Hello Fellow Exchanger,
Welcome to Helotes, Texas with hilltop views of San Antonio. We are "empty-nesters" Chris (55) and Tracy (52). We have been on 15 (we know it says 10, but the conversion from the old Homelink lost a few) very successful home exchanges and are very willing to offer references. We are open to new experiences in any location of the globe.
We maintain a very clean house; one which has gained extremely positive comments from all of our previous exchanges. It is a 2-story home with 3 bedrooms, 2 living areas, office area and many area things to do. We have a full sized in ground pool with adjoining hot-tub (maintained by service) and numerous sports-related equipment including bikes, kayak and a SUP (Stand Up and Paddle) board. We are open to vehicle exchange. We are non-smokers and would hope that would be respected in our home. We do have a 3 very friendly cats and tortoise - alternate accommodations can be made.

We are at the top of the highest point overlooking San Antonio with 20 mile views. During New Years and 4th of July we watch the fireworks from our upper balcony across the city. Down the street we have the famous John T. Floore Country Store (a Texas dance hall).
In San Antonio, explore The Alamo along with Riverwalk, El Mercado, La Villita. Venture through the heart of Texas wine country with a visit to Fredericksburg or perhaps Austin to visit music venues, golf courses, restaurants, theater, and more. For those who have an interest in bats, San Antonio has the worlds largest colony of bats, and Austin has the famous Congress Ave. Bat Bridge. There’s so much more depending on the time of year.

We are 10-15 minutes from Fiesta Texas, 20 Minutes from Sea World and 50 minutes from Schlitterbahn Waterpark.
