We live in a spacious and cosy apartment on 4th floor in Berlin-Mitte directly on the former site of the Berlin Wall. The 2013 built house is flooded with light, absolutely centrally located but nevertheless very peaceful. In addition to our balcony we have got a huge shared garden in the backyard with a playground for children and a barbecue area PLUS a roof terrace with a spectacular view over Berlin. Our sons have lots of toys (BRIO, Playmobil, Lego…) Additional to the main bedroom and the two children rooms we offer a double-bedcouch. The sights of the new and old Berlin are easy to reach by different public transport-systems, that stop close by, by bicycle or just walking.

We live in a passive house we´ve built together with 20 other parties and enjoy very much living here. Our house combines all generations: From baby to retired persons. Our shared garden is our "hot spot" where the children meet and play together and the adults sit and enjoy their espresso. In walking distance there are several shops, cafés, a bakery and some nice playgrounds. A stroll along the canal and you reach Berlin-Hauptbanhof.
