Our fine apartment is spacious (150 m2) with high ceilings. It has three bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms, dining room and a living room (Sonos wireless loudspeaker system in dining and living room, Flat TV, DVD, PS4, Netflix). Peloton Bike, washing machine and dryer. The apartment is very quiet (but central). It is located on the second floor with lift. We have parquet/wooden floor in all rooms. This neighborhood (Charlottenburg) is a fantastic area to live in. Our apartment is located in the fine neighborhood Charlottenburg. It is quiet but near to all highlights of Berlin (West). Subway, S-Bahn and Bus bring you quickly to all destinations in the whole city. World famous Kurfürstendam is just around the corner.

Our apartment is located in the fine neighborhood Charlottenburg. It is quiet but close to all highligths of Berlin (West). Subway, S-Bahn and Bus bring you quickly to all destinations in the whole city. World famous Kurfürstendamm is just around the corner. By bus it´s only 10 Minutes to the Zoo and Gedächtniskirche. In the other direction beautiful Grunewald is perfect for hiking, biking and horse riding.
If you prefer the nightlife of Berlin take the S-Bahn and you are at Alexanderplatz, Prenzlauer Berg and all other city parts with cool clubs in less than 30 Minutes.
Deutsche Oper is only 10 Minutes by car.
There are several cafés and very good restaurants within walking distance of our apartment.
Free transportation for one person in the hole city! We have a ticket.
