What you will love about this home:
Wonderful home with views over Copenhagen through windows that go from ceiling to floor. The apartment has a great view east, south and west on the 7 th. floor overlooking a large green area (Amager Common) and the port area. The building was completed in July 2019 and has all the necessary modern equipment, incl. aircon., a 55 "TV and fast WIFI.
What you will love in the neighborhood:
The harbor area - where the apartment is located - has swimming facilities (with lifeguards) and plenty of cafes and lovely spots. 200 meters from the apartment there is a public beach where bathing for all ages is possible. Copenhagen offers everything within walking and cycling distance: Tivoli Gardens, Christiania, museums, castles and good shopping.

Islands Brygge is one of the most popular areas in Copenhagen. There is both an old and a new part of the district. Each has its charm. The old one especially with a lot of small shops and cafes as well as a harbor bath where big and small can swim in the harbor under the supervision of lifeguards. The new area where the apartment is located is right up the Amager Common, which is a huge, green recreation area. Furthermore, there is a lovely beach 200 meters from the apartment, where large and small can also romp in the clean and controlled water of the harbor. Also in the new area you will find cozy cafes and spots overlooking the water.

You can take a swim at an artificial landscaped cove (Havnevigen) with real sandy beach and clean water just 200 meters from the apartment. (see the pictures).
Attractions in the city: Tivoli. Amalienborg. The Blue Planet (aquarium), Tycho Brahe Planetarium. Museums: Glyptoteket. The National Museum. The State Museum of Art. Arken - Art Museum. The little Mermaid. The Parliament Castle and Tower. Canal Tour. The Opera. Christiania. Rundetårn (The Round Tower). The Castle of Rosenborg. Botanical Garden. The Kings Garden. A wonderful city for biking (rented bikes can be rented everywhere).

Guests may not party in the apartment nor make noise on the balcony. As the apartment is brand new, we expect it to be treated with care and consideration. Thanks in advance. Animals must NOT be brought into the apartment. Smoking is NOT allowed in the apartment nor on the balcony. Smoking is only allowed in front of the building. Sorry, but no children under the age of 10.
