We live in a modern converted traditional Victorian cottage, 100yds from a sandy beach. It is in the Edinburgh suburb of Portobello, family friendly, with local shops, swimming pool, sailing club etc. It also has great links to Edinburgh city with art galleries, shops, theatres - everything a capital city has to offer. We have ttwo double bedrooms and a study with a soda bed so can sleep 5/6, a large open-plan kitchen, dining-room, family room, a sitting room and two bathrooms.

From our house you can easily explore the rest of Scotland, highlands and lowlands.

We have a large garden.
