It was a successful exchange. Sue and Richard's apartment is very pleasant with a very quiet environment. Bristol is a pleasant city easily accessible on foot. We liked the proximity to Clifton Village with its pedestrian area, shops and bar-cafes. We visited the surrounding countryside with Lacock, Bath and Wells in particular. We also did a 2-day trip to the Gower Peninsula in Wales: very beautiful and wild with beautiful cliffs and very beautiful beaches.

We found Bristol to be a very stimulating and vibrant city. We had a great time in Sue and Richard's flat which is well located and within walking distance of a good selection of shops, bars, restaurants and the Clifton Suspension Bridge.. We found Bristol to be a very stimulating and vibrant city.. and really enjoyed the company of Dexter their cat, who was very easy to look after. The apartment location is ideal for exploring Clifton and Bristol. The Suspension Bridge is 10 minutes by foot and the restaurants and bars of Clifton Village are a few steps away.

Richard & Sue have an attractive appartment in the Clifton area of Bristol very close to the famous suspension bridge. The appartment had everything you might need for a houseswap & is in a central area so easy to explore Bristol by foot. We had several trips out and about and made use of Richard & Sue's parking permit & never had a problem parking again in the evening. All in all, a very successful house swap for us.

We enjoyed ourselves hugely in Richard and Sue's very attractive house. We also exchanged cars and that worked out perfectly. Bristol - and its lovely surrounding countryside - is a great place to visit.
